KSA has been pivotal in bringing together partners, regionally and nationally to formulate strategies for change. We work to support you and your partners decide on what needs to be achieved, agreeing challenging targets, and plan the journey to success. We will help you identify any issues that could derail the project, and develop approaches to address them.

Case Study: Business Plan Support for Higher Level Skills Pathfinder

KSA has supported Universities of the North East in the preparation of a business plan for the North East Higher Level Skills pathfinder, and following the allocation of funding is providing specialist support to the project team in the area of staff development. KSA on behalf of HEFCE has also worked with three pathfinders nationally to explore how to measure sucess and determine impact.
