Facilitating the development of a management plan.
KSA has supported the Northumberland National Park Authority and its partners (Natural Engladn, Environment Agency, English Heritage, One NorthEast and other public agencies, farmers, local businesses and communities) to develop its new Management Plan through a highly facilitative and creative process.
The process involved bringing partners, members and officers together to shap an inspiring new vision for the National Park, explore the horizon issues of tomorrow that will affect the park and identify the priorities which should influence partners' commitment to action.
