Management Training and Leadership Development
We have a long and impressive track record of managing the design, development and delivery of modular training and development programmes for managers at all levels.
Any culture, business or organisational change eats up consultants and training budgets. The language is frightening. Process engineering, supply cycles, control planning models. What's needed is some understanding of the theory, the effects on jobs and lifestyle and some somple coping strategies.

Enterprise Training
We help people to understand what enerprise is and develop their skills. We challenge people to think creatively about their business ideas and develop them. And finally, we help people convert the skills and ideas they have into sustainable businesses. Typically our programmes engage business support and funding agencies so that good business ideas can be put into practice.
Developing Enterprising people is a challenge for many organisations. But what is enterprise? Can it be measured or assessed? And can it be learned or developed? We have created a tool to evaluate and assess Enterprise Competence. It was trialled with staff from SMEs who were delighted with their detailed feedback and personal development plans.
Enterprise Hatchery for Schools
How do you build Enterprise into young people? Are they interested, and can setting up a business be another career option? In our sixth form enterprise programme we ask students to work on four ideas, write a business plan and do a pitch to a panel of experts. KSA brings out entrepreneurs for the future.
When young people, aged 17-19 are Not in Education, Employment or Training, they're 'NEET'. It's a tough group. How do you inspire, raise confidence, expand horizons? KSA do it through coaching, meeting their role models, earning money for being enterprising, and setting them up in their own business. It worked, brilliantly.
Enterprise Conference and Dragons Den
How do you help College Students realise their dreams of running their own business? At Enterprise Conferences students can learn from the experts, and even pitch their ideas to a Dragons Den team for cash prizes.
